After reading reviews of brands of chargers and batteries I decided on a Maha charger and Rayovac Hybrid batteries. After being fully charged these batteries lasted about a week in my digital camera (GE A835). The other 2 batteries charged at the same time were dead. I tried Energizer batteries because they were cheaper. They lasted about a month in the camera and 2 weeks sitting. I replaced the cheap Maha with an Energizer 6 hour charger. Now after the initial charge the ones in the camera still have a quarter charge after 10 weeks and the ones that were sitting have three quarter charge. I wasted a lot of money. I should have got the Energizer charger and batteries in the first place.

The batteries were NOT fully charged upon first use. I ordered 8 batteries and put in the first 2 from the package and guess what? Upon taking my first picture with my camera, the ‘low battery’ light is flashing! Why pay extra for charged batteries when they aren’t! Do I blame Rayovac or Amazon, both!

I can’t believe people are raving about the price of these batteries. For me the shipping cost was more expensive than the batteries, more than doubling the price. I don’t think so.

  4. Bought the charger and extra batteries for my point and shoot camera. First, the batteries fit pretty loosely so you’ll have to make sure its stays on. Second, I think the number of shots I took was only 15-25 before my camera wants me to replace the batteries! Shocking for a rechargeable batteries that’s hyped as hybrid long lasting for camera. Wish I can return them, but I already tossed out the packaging.

  5. These discharge within 15 minutes of use in my digital cameras (Sony DSC-H5 and Olympus FE-115) and then take forever to recharge. I had been using the older version of the Sony Cyber-Shot Stamina batteries, which I could use for hours and hours on end. Unfortunately, I can’t find these anymore (the new Sony batteries are made in China and are apparently not as good), so I tried these. Even when I’m not using a flash, I can’t get more than a dozen photos before the battery light has gone from full to flashing empty on either camera. It’s very disappointing.
