The device is simple to hook up and makes my WIFI access point (AP) installation nice and clean. There is no power brick and power cord – just the AP mounted in a closet and connected via an ethernet cable run down through the wall. That way I have the best location for good signal coverage without running a power cable and outlet to the location. The PowerDsine runs cool and reliable.
