Cold January results in utility bill sticker shock
Referral agencies include the Community Action Agency, Churches United for People, Huntsville Assistance Program, Catholic Center of Concern and the St. Vincent De Paul Society. Project SHARE, administered by the Salvation Army, gave out $80,000 last month to help with utility costs.
