it is a ngoi pewhairangi waiata only got tahaed from another iwi like some of our other waiata,tuwharetoa got a waiata using the music to paikea,rotorua with pokarekare ana, nga puhi with their version of whakarongo and and tu mai hikurangi now whos the tahae
I thought this was Ngoi Pewhairangis waiata Whakarongo….same tune.. Which raises a question, where did the tune origniate? who copied who lol
