Missouri currently rates near the bottom of the 50 states in the energy efficiency of our buildings (ranking 41 of 50). Improving energy efficiency would lower our utility bills, create good-paying jobs, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Host John Hickey and three guests discuss the benefits of energy efficiency and the campaign to pass legislation in the Missouri General Assembly during Part 1 of this episode of laborvision.
