Which group does it belong to kenetic or potential? which one in those groups?
Really why haven’t they ever explained which type of energy dead people live behind? they just use the word energy a lot.

Ectoplasmic energy exhibits characteristics of both potential and kinetic energy as it is always being used but by apparently, nothing.

Energy when talking about spirits is electromagnetic energy. I can disrupt the electromagnetic field.

But both are vibrational energy.
