We have brought some energy efficient light bulbs. We are now wondering what is the best way to use them. do we switch them on/off as and when needed OR is it more energy efficient to leave them burning if they are in rooms where we are likely to keep switching them on/off?
I know with fluorscent lights they reckon in terms of energy useage its better leaving them on but are these newer bulbs the same?
